Commonly Asked Questions
What is Personal Timeline Posting?
Personal Timeline Posting is our most popular package. Someone from our team will log into your account 3 separate times each day and publish your posts directly on your Personal Timeline.
When will my posts go out?
Socially Suite Branding proudly assists clients across all time zones! Due to this, we do not offer custom time slots for your posts. You can expect however to see your quote posted before 10 am, your recipe before 3pm, and your transformation before 9pm in your time zone. We have noticed it’s best for the algorithms to keep it slightly inconsistent!
Can I have my posts published onto Instagram as well/instead?
Since Instagram has restrictions on the size/shape of the images accepted, we solely offer your posts to be published onto Facebook at this time.
Can I have my posts customized with emojis or hashtags?
We do not offer customizations at this time. However, once on your timeline these posts are always able to edited! You can add them in or change verbiage to make them feel more like “you”!
What times should I post my personal post?
This part may shock you…it actually doesn’t matter! The goal is to be consistently posting throughout the day, not to be perfectly systematic. Rule of thumb, two hours after your post publishes is always a great time.
Do you post on holidays?
Yep!! With the exception of Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Will there be diversity in the transformations?
We proudly share transformations across all diversities! That being said we cannot customize your posts to show a majority of a certain type of transformation.
Someone else on my team uses your services, what if we have the same posts?
Please let us know if a team member of yours also uses our services! Since we do not have a way to look into your business, we are unable to see who you are connected to. We always do our best to provide a unique branding experience to everyone and will do our best to prevent duplications across your timelines or business pages.
Can my posts be stories?
Our brand managers are happy to provide stories in lieu of timeline posts, with the exception of recipes. We do not post recipes as stories due to formatting issues.
